Part-Time Virtual Assistant (6–7 hrs/week) – Mission-Driven & Detail-Oriented

Are you someone who finds satisfaction in getting the details right—whether it’s scheduling meetings, sending out contracts, or tracking a project’s progress? If you’re organized, proactive, and take pride in checking tasks off, you might be exactly who we need.

We are growing—and we’re looking for a part-time virtual assistant to help keep us focused and on track. We’re a collegial, mission-driven company with 12 years of experience helping older adults and their families with move management, estate liquidation, and home inventories. We value thoughtfulness, curiosity, and a job well done—and we’d love for you to be a part of our team.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Managing calendars and scheduling meetings in Google Calendar
  • Assisting with light data entry and digital file organization
  • Organizing and tracking contracts
  • Communicating with our team and outside professionals via Slack and email
  • Supporting small, process-driven projects using Trello
  • Light research

What We’re Looking For

  • You’re detail-oriented, organized, and a big fan of checklists
  • You have experience supporting a small business or startup
  • You’re proactive and self-starting—you like to figure things out
  • You’re fluent in English and comfortable working independently and collaboratively·
  • You’re tech-fluent with:
    • Microsoft Office
    • Google Workspace
    • Slack
    • Trello
    • Canva (light use)

Hours + Flexibility

  • 6 to 7 hours per week
  • Availability Monday–Friday (we’re flexible on timing)
