Virtual Assistant for Marketing Support (Part-Time, Remote – EST Required)

About the Role:
I am a aesthetic injector and educator on a mission to make the world a more confident place. He’s looking for a sharp, proactive Virtual Assistant to support ongoing marketing and admin tasks — with a strong focus on email and webinar support.
This is a high-trust role for someone who loves marketing, is naturally organized, and gets energy from making things happen. You already have some experience as a marketing virtual assistant for an online business. You’ll start at around 10 hours/week — with plenty of opportunity to grow.
Top Responsibilities:
Write, send, and schedule emails using Kit (broadcasts, automations, reminders)
Build lead magnets from draft → opt-in page → delivery sequence
Create and update landing pages for email subscribers
Set up and support live webinars – registration, tech links, reminders, replays
Coordinate with the social media agency and Setters team marketing agency via WhatsApp to sync up ManyChat flows, IG content, and promo timing
Flag golden moments from Lonny’s videos for repurposing into short clips
Keep communication tight with Lonny via quick daily or weekly check-ins
Other Tasks You’ll Support:
Uploading course content to Skool and Vimeo
Light video editing in CapCut or Veed (trimming, adding captions, creating a short-form video from longer-form content etc.)
Podcast coordination — guest invitations instructions, reminders, coordinating colab posts and give aways, follow-up, basic scheduling, asset sharing

Must-Haves:
Available during EST business hours
Experience with email marketing tools (Kit = ideal)
Comfortable setting up and supporting webinars and automations
Organized, communicative, and extremely solid at following through
Confident working in a marketing support role without needing to be micromanaged
Being able to take initiative, spots problems and areas of potential
Bonus Points If You:
Have supported launches, group programs, or online courses
Know how to pull short content clips or help organize video content
Have basic Facebook Ads experience (huge plus)
Love the aesthetic space and want to grow with and help grow a personal brand

~10 hours/week to start, with potential to grow
Remote — must work EST hours
