Hiring: Creative Business & Tech Manager for Holistic Midwife & Educator
Part-Time | Remote | 5–10 hrs/week (with growth potential)
– About Me
I’m a holistic nurse midwife, women’s health and childbirth educator, yoga teacher, and breathworker with over 30 years of experience supporting natural birth, holistic living, and healing.
My platform has a loyal community of 100k+ followers on Instagram. I’ve created online courses, written books, and offer coaching for women through all stages of gynecology, pregnancy, and new motherhood — as well as consultations for birth professionals.
While my passion is in-person midwifery, education, healing, and teaching yoga, managing the tech, social media, and monetization side of my business has become draining and is not my area of expertise. I’m looking for one trustworthy, tech-savvy, and creative woman to take the reins — simplifying what already exists and helping grow sustainable, aligned income.
* The Mission
– Help me simplify, streamline, and creatively monetize my offerings — without me needing to live online or constantly post and be on social media.
* You Will
– Create and schedule weekday posts and stories on Instagram, using a thoughtful understanding of algorithms and engagement (repurposing my existing blog and social content; new ideas welcome if aligned with my brand voice)
– Optimize sales systems for my coaching, consultations, courses, and book
– Strategize and implement new revenue streams, such as:
1- Affiliate or brand partnerships aligned with holistic birth and natural living
2- Sponsored collaborations or content submissions (commission-based)
3- In-person retreats, workshops, or trainings (with your help managing logistics)
– Repurpose existing content for a consistent but light online presence
– Handle basic tech + online admin tasks that drain my time
– Design and launch new creative offerings (online or in-person)
– Suggest and execute soulful monetization ideas that fit my mission and voice
– When revenue allows, future goals include:
Auditing and simplifying my digital systems (website, email, course hosting, booking, etc.)
– Consolidating tools into one simple platform
– Creating evergreen funnels for key offerings like Love Your Birth
* You Are
-A creative, strategic thinker who understands holistic wellness and healing, feminine empowerment, physiologic natural birth work and the homebirth and midwifery community
– Tech-comfortable, with experience in Canva, ActiveCampaign, Squarespace, Instagram — and ideally platforms like Kajabi, Podia, or ConvertKit (even if I don’t use them yet)
– Proactive, reliable, and self-directed — able to both dream up ideas and implement them
– Experienced supporting heart-centered entrepreneurs (coaches, yoga teachers, healers, wellness educators, holistic health care professionals/influencers)
– Organized, grounded, and values-aligned
* Role Details
Part-time: 5–10 hrs/week to start (potential to grow)
Remote & flexible hours
Pay: open to experience — please include your rate range
Start date: as soon as possible
You’ll begin with a 1-month paid test project to ensure we’re the right fit
*First-Month Trial Project
Focus on creating a clean, simple income foundation using what already exists.
Month 1 Goals:
-Post 4–5 days/week with stories (using existing content)
-Review and recommend simplifications for current systems (website, email, course setup)
-Streamline booking + payment for coaching and consultations
-Create a monetization plan for existing assets (book, course, coaching)
-Identify 3–5 aligned affiliate or brand partnership opportunities
If we’re both happy with the results, this will expand into a long-term, collaborative partnership.
