Sales Manager for Land Investing Business

Overview

We are a Land investing company looking for an experienced Sales Manager. The role involves following up with leads and providing them information about the property they are interested in and the other properties in are portfolio. Must be willing to get on the phone and speak with leads who provide their phone numbers. Must have sales experience in the land investing business, although high pressure sales tactics are not expected.

Looking for someone who is naturally driven. Who is assertive and looking to close deals. Applicants must have a great personality and people skills. Real estate experience is a plus, but not required. Bilingual is also a plus.

This position is paid on commission. $200 plus 15% of the down payment and 10% of the monthly note payments for terms purchases. $200 plus 5% of cash price for cash purchases. Leads are provided on a daily basis. The goal is to sell 4-5 properties each month. Most sales managers in this role will work 2-3 hours per day and consistently earn over $2K per month.

We use Follow Up Boss as our CRM. The system currently has many follow up tasks automated. Training will be provided, but ideally you are familiar with this software.

Job Types: Contract, Part-time

Pay: Depends on your sales  per year (monthly passive income builds each month)

Schedule:

Sunday to Saturday
Weekend availability is mandatory
