We’re  a growing land development company focused on turning vacant Wisconsin land into beautiful residential communities. We work with towns, counties, and municipalities to subdivide and entitle land — helping families build their dream homes on thoughtfully developed lots.

We’re seeking a Sales & Lead Specialist who’s confident on the phone, organized, and excited to be part of the behind-the-scenes work that gets deals done. You’ll follow up with warm leads, answer buyer questions, support real estate transactions, and even help coordinate with local municipalities when needed — all from the comfort of your home.

📞 What You’ll Be Doing
Call, text, and email 8–12 warm buyer or seller leads per day
Build genuine rapport and guide leads toward a decision
Respond to buyer inquiries via Facebook Marketplace and property listings
Keep lead status and notes updated in our CRM (Follow Up Boss)
Help secure 1 listing contract per month from leads who choose to list (you’ll earn 10% of the listing-side commission when they close)
Support simple due diligence: access, zoning, utilities, buildability
Call town or county offices with basic zoning/lot split questions
Assist with listing prep, offer paperwork, and closing coordination
Be a trusted, friendly voice of the company with every touchpoint

🧠 You’re a Great Fit If You…
Are comfortable talking on the phone and genuinely enjoy helping people
Are detail-oriented and love checking things off your list
Have strong written and spoken English
Are self-motivated and dependable — you don’t need micromanaging
Can navigate basic tech tools (Google Sheets, Gmail, ChatGPT, CRM, etc.)
Bonus: You’ve worked in real estate, zoning, land development, or customer service
Bonus: You’re familiar with Wisconsin or Midwest property ownership rules

💵 Compensation & Perks
$18–$25 per hour based on experience
20–30 hours per week, with flexible scheduling
10% bonus on any listing-side commissions you help secureFully remote — work from anywhere
