Role Overview
We are looking for a sharp, responsive sales closer to handle inbound land leads from negotiation through contract and closing. This role is all about speed to lead, strong communication, and follow-up. You will be the point person with sellers and help move deals across the finish line.
This is a commission-only role built for someone who is confident on the phone, comfortable texting, and knows how to stay on top of leads without being micromanaged.
Key Responsibilities
Call and text all inbound leads promptly
Qualify sellers and negotiate purchase terms
Close deals and secure signed purchase agreements
Send contracts through Stride CRM and manage basic contract workflow
Consistent follow-up with warm and long-term leads
Assist with disposition once a deal is under contract
Coordinate with buyers and/or help manage listings when applicable
Maintain clear internal communication and update deal statuses in CRM
Ensure fast response times to both leads and internal messages.
Compensation Structure
15% of net profit (HUD to HUD) paid after deal closes
Additional 5% commission if you find the buyer and/or manage the listing
Our Average deal size: ~$15,000
Expected volume with current marketing: 2–4 closed deals per month
We expect to increase marketing as soon as possible, so there will be no cap on earnings.
What Success Looks Like:
-Leads are contacted quickly and consistently
-Contracts are sent out without delay
-Follow-ups are handled without being reminded
-Deals move forward cleanly from lead to close
-Clear communication with ownership and the rest of the team
Additional Notes
This is a part-time, remote, commission-only role
Ideal for someone who wants flexibility and is confident in their ability to close
High performers can grow into a larger role as deal volume increases
