We’re a growing real estate investment company that specializes in acquiring unique and complex properties—especially those tied to inheritance and family transitions. Our mission is simple: help families make sense of their real estate while expanding our portfolio in a way that benefits everyone involved.

As our Research Assistant, you’ll be the behind-the-scenes detective who helps make every deal possible. You’ll be uncovering property ownership details, identifying heirs, building family trees, and pulling together all the critical research that allows our acquisitions team to do what they do best—help families and close deals.

This position is 100% remote, flexible, and part-time. You’ll start by learning the ropes, and as you grow, so will your opportunities within the company.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Research property and ownership details through public and county records
  • Identify heirs, co-owners, and contact info using skip tracing tools
  • Create and maintain simple family trees and ownership summaries (using tools like Whimsical or Lucidchart)
  • Double-check title data, deeds, and affidavits for accuracy
  • Keep your research organized in our CRM so our acquisitions team can act fast
  • Communicate your findings clearly and efficiently to help deals move forward
  • Track your progress and accuracy as you go
  • Handle sensitive information with professionalism and care

Skills You’ll Need:

  • Strong computer literacy and ability to navigate county/public databases
  • Excellent written and organizational skills
  • Comfort working in Google Workspace and CRMs
  • Reliable, self-motivated, and consistent in meeting deadlines
  • Prior experience in real estate, title, or probate is a plus—but not required!
  • Familiarity with skip tracing or ownership research tools is a bonus
