What You’ll Be Doing:
- Learn and execute our systems for sales and customer engagement.
- Communicate, negotiate, and regularly follow up with potential land buyers.
- Meticulously manage the sales process in our CRMs (training will be provided).
- Create purchase documents and deeds for all sales and transfers of property.
- Work with title companies and coordinate closings.

What Helps You Stand Out:
- Ability to listen well and understand buyer’s needs and wants
- Clear communication, building rapport, and empathy
- Motivated first to serve well and second to make a profit
- Basic understanding of real estate transactions (purchase agreements, title work, etc.)
- Solid math skills
- Real estate market research, market conditions, comps analysis, and mapping software
- Basic CRM software experience (Follow Up Boss, Airtable, Pebble, LG Pass, etc.)
- An eagerness to learn and solve problems
- Familiarity with business systems and processes
- Document recording and e-filing (Simplifile, etc.)
- AI proficiency
- Bi-lingual (preferably English and Spanish)
Pay & Schedule:
- This is a part-time role based on 15 hours/week Monday-Saturday. Sales calls come in at various hours of the day. No work required or expected on Sundays.
- The Sales Manager will be hired as a part-time independent contractor (1099). With the right candidate, this could eventually turn into a full-time position with an expanded role and pay increase.
- Depending on experience, you’ll start at $15–18/hour while mastering our systems and product, then gradually shift to a commission structure where a top performer can attain significantly higher income potential.
