Real Estate Cold Calling Salesperson

Overview

Hi!  We’re a U.S.-based real estate investment company specializing in acquiring distressed and inherited properties in Texas. We’re looking for a skilled, persuasive, and respectful cold caller to speak with property owners and heirs who are facing tax issues or stuck with partial interest in unwanted real estate.

This is a commission-based role with bonuses — perfect for someone who’s confident on the phone, understands real estate basics, and wants to grow with a serious business.

 

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Call property owners and heirs using our scripts and leads list
  • Explain our service clearly and respectfully — we buy out people’s interest in troubled properties
  • Ask qualifying questions, gather key info, and input data into our CRM
  • Schedule follow-up calls for the acquisition team (or close directly when possible)
  • Update lead status and notes

 

Requirements:

  • Strong spoken communication and neutral to Southern accent preferred
  • Experience in real estate cold calling, wholesaling, or acquisitions
  • Comfortable handling objections and explaining sensitive situations (e.g., taxes, inherited properties)
  • Able to build trust quickly and stay calm on difficult calls
  • Familiarity with Google Sheets, or CRMs is a plus (don’t worry, we can train you!)

 

Nice-to-Have (But Not Required):

  • Based in Texas or previously worked with Texas property leads
  • Background in probate, tax liens, or property title issues
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish)

 

Compensation:

Commission-based to start

$500-$2000 per signed heir (paid when we get a signed interest)
$500+ bonuses for hitting monthly milestones (e.g., 3 closed deals)

Potential to grow into salaried role with performance!!
