Support advisors by organizing client information, documentation, and action items with precision and discretion.
Monitor service tasks for completion, ensuring follow-through and accountability.
Collaborate with the advisory team to improve processes and enhance the client experience.
Apply strong judgment, confidentiality, and attention to detail when handling sensitive client information.
Use modern insurance technology tools to support risk assessment and client needs.

Insurance experience required—Property & Casualty knowledge highly preferred.
Experience working with Applied Epic or similar insurance agency management software.
Strong administrative, documentation, and workflow management skills.
A commitment to accuracy, organization, and proactive problem-solving.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Alignment with core values: execution, earnest listening, integrity, and genuine care.
