Part-Time TikTok & TikTok Shop Manager 

We are launching a TikTok + TikTok Shop presence for our trademarked patriotic headwear brand and are looking to hire someone to own the day-to-day creation and management of the account. We will own the account and all assets — you will run the content and strategy.

We own a trademarked patriotic brand/logo that currently sells locally and is already very well-received. Launched in 2020.
This is a passion project for us and now we’re ready to expand nationwide through TikTok. We’re looking for someone who shares our love for American patriotism to help us grow and have fun with it. You’ll receive free hats to use in your content, and we see this as a collaborative, enjoyable partnership as we bring this brand to the rest of the country.

What You’ll Do
Grow a brand-new TikTok account from scratch
Create a mix of UGC-style content + creative edited content to build attention and trust
Receive free hats from us to film authentic UGC
Manage the TikTok Shop setup & campaigns to drive sales
Host or coordinate TikTok Live streams to promote products
Identify and interact with influencers & collaborators
Respond to comments and engage with the TikTok community
Help strategize growth, trends, hooks, and posting cadence

Who We’re Looking For
Must understand and support American Patriotism — this is central to our brand
Experience running or managing TikTok + TikTok Shop accounts (show proof)
Familiar with UGC content, live selling, and sales-driven content
Comfortable being on camera OR facilitating influencer UGC
Knowledge of shopping campaigns, live conversions, and TikTok trends
Self-starter who can run this with creative freedom and accountability

Schedule & Compensation
We are a family-first company — this is designed to be fun, flexible, and part-time. Work is built around your schedule.

Part-time hourly / monthly stipend to start
Will move to stipend + commission once sales begin scaling
