As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a detail-oriented, solutions-focused Remote Bookkeeping Contractor to join our team on a part-time basis.

The Role
We’re looking for a bookkeeping pro who thrives in a flexible, remote environment and enjoys being part of a close-knit, collaborative team. This role starts at approximately 5–10 hours per week, with the potential to grow into more hours or additional responsibilities based on your interests and our firm’s needs.
You’ll be working with QuickBooks Online and a variety of cloud-based tools to support our clients and help them succeed.
- Key Responsibilities
• Weekly review and categorization of bank feeds
• Entry and maintenance of bills and accounts payable
• Deposit tracking and accounts receivable review
• Payroll recording and posting
• Cash updates and cash flow projections
• Monthly reconciliation of bank accounts, credit cards, and loans
• General ledger review and error correction
• Monthly financial statement preparation
• Vendor W-9 tracking and 1099 preparation
• Assistance with developing and maintaining operating procedures
• Prompt and professional communication with team and clients
