Part-Time Project Manager – Cybersecurity Advisory Firm

Overview

We are a cybersecurity advisory firm seeking a highly organized, proactive Project Manager to support our boutique cybersecurity practice. We help private clients navigate complex cybersecurity risks through structured assessments and hands-on coordination with their technology teams.

This is a remote, part-time role (approx. 5 hours/week) paying $30-45/hr. It is ideal for someone looking to contribute meaningfully to a growing firm with flexible scheduling. You’ll work directly with the founder to manage client onboarding, track deliverables, and ensure projects run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate project timelines, milestones, and follow-ups using Monday.com
• Communicate professionally with clients and their service providers
• Track tasks and documentation across multiple active engagements
• Maintain and update CRM (Pipedrive) with contact and project activity
• Light administrative support and occasional research
• Collaborate on internal process improvement
• Maintain discretion and handle sensitive information with care

This is a long-term opportunity with potential for increased hours and growth over time.
