Part-Time Partnership Coordinator

We create high-quality custom hats for businesses, teams, and organizations. Hats are our specialty and the main way we build relationships with new clients — but that’s just the start. Once we establish trust, we also provide screen printing and embroidery services, helping businesses with all their custom apparel needs.
One of our biggest growth drivers is our Test Before You Invest program — where we send out free sample packs of hats to potential customers. The challenge? Many of these leads lose momentum before they place bulk orders. That’s where YOU come in.
Your Role
As a Partnership Coordinator, you’ll take ownership of every new lead assigned to you. That means:
We provide the leads – people who already requested a free sample pack.
You step in immediately with a personal text or phone call to build a real relationship.
You’ll keep in touch, check in when samples arrive, and guide them toward placing their first bulk hat order.
Once the relationship is built, you’ll help introduce our other services like screen printing and embroidery to grow the partnership further.
Most emails are automated — your role is focused on human connection, not inbox management.
This role is perfect for stay-at-home moms who love talking with people, are naturally friendly, and want something meaningful to do that fits around family life.
What We’re Looking For
Strong relationship-building skills (this is more about people than pushy sales).
Comfortable texting and talking on the phone.
Some understanding of sales is helpful, but we’ll train you on the “how.”
Self-motivated, competitive with yourself, and excited to help businesses grow their brand.
Personal connections are a big plus. If you’re already connected to business owners, teams, or organizations that need headwear, that’s a huge advantage. We don’t want you to “sell to your friends” — that’s annoying. But if people already trust you with business, we’ll make sure they get the best hats, printing, and embroidery possible. You’ll also earn higher commissions for any orders that come from your own network.
