What You’ll Do

In your first 90 days, you’ll take ownership of:

Website Launch: Lead the build and launch of our new website in collaboration with our VA firm. Manage timelines, guide copy, and ensure it supports lead generation goals

Content Calendar & Workflow: Oversee our weekly content calendar, delegating tasks and managing deliverables from our VA team.

Email Marketing: Write and manage outbound email campaigns (cold outreach and nurture flows) using tools like Benson.ai, StoryBrand.ai, and ChatGPT.

Campaign Coordination: Plan and coordinate Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ad launches and cold email campaigns, tracking performance against KPIs.

You’re a Great Fit If You:

Have 3+ years of digital marketing experience (agency, freelance, or startup)

Understand high-converting websites and landing pages.

Have email marketing or short-form copywriting skills.

Can confidently manage contractors, timelines, and multiple projects.

Know your way around marketing KPIs (CPL, CTR, ROAS).

Love bringing order to chaos and getting things across the finish line.

Are energized by fitness, wellness, and purpose-driven brands.

Can travel 2–4 times/year (schedule flexible).

Benson.ai, StoryBrand.ai, ChatGPT – Marketing copy

VA Firm – Design, development, and asset creation (you manage workflow)

Compensation & Perks

$30–$40/hour (based on experience)

20 hrs/week to start (room to grow)

Fully remote

2–4 company-paid travel opportunities/year
