We are seeking a personable, professional, and proactive Outreach Specialist to help grow our network of real estate agents and property owners. This is a part-time, remote role focused on building strong, collaborative relationships that lead to qualified appointments. This is not a high-pressure sales role. It is about being an ambassador and fostering meaningful connections.
What You Will Do
• Contact real estate agents and property owners to introduce us and build relationships
• Schedule qualified meetings with property owners for the closing team
• Coordinate and book occasional educational or networking events for agents
• Keep detailed, organized records of your outreach and follow-ups in our CRM
• Consistently meet outreach and appointment goals while representing our brand with warmth and professionalism
• Work 20 hours per week (with the potential for more)

Compensation
$25 per hour as a contractor
