Overview

We are looking for an Outreach Coordinator to:

  • Develop strong relationships with educational leaders and agencies, serving as the primary point of contact from first touch to completed contract
  • Create meetings with qualified organizations and leaders
  • Follow up to ensure that potential opportunities do not fall through the cracks
  • Increase sales through strong connections and consistent communication

Responsibilities of this role include:

  • Contact early childhood administrators (executive directors, education managers, curriculum coordinators, principals, etc.) to introduce our services and create connections
  • Educate potential clients about the variety of ways that our team can help them provide professional development for teachers and coaches
  • Schedule qualified meetings
  • Review meeting summaries/transcripts to determine and execute next steps
  • Create and send proposals, then proactively and persistently follow up until they are accepted
  • Find and track regional and national conference opportunities; coordinate presentation applications and sponsorship
  • Coordinate networking events and site visits related to conferences or other team travel
  • Keep detailed, organized records of your outreach and follow-ups in our CRM
  • Consistently meet outreach and appointment goals
  • Represent our organization with warmth and professionalism

Qualifications
