Part-Time Real Estate Marketing/Admin Assistant (U.S. Based)
Hi! I’m a full-time Realtor based in West Monroe, Louisiana. I’m looking for a reliable, creative, and detail-oriented Marketing/Admin Assistant to help me stay consistent with marketing, support my clients with excellence, and keep things running smoothly behind the scenes.
This part-time role blends design, communication, and simple systems — perfect for someone who enjoys both creative work and staying organized. I’m looking for someone who wants to grow with me long-term and truly cares about quality and consistency.
Your Role Will Include:
📱 Marketing & Social Media
– Design graphics in Canva for listings, social posts, and mailers
– Edit short-form videos (Reels, TikTok, etc.)
– Schedule 3–5 posts per week on Facebook and Instagram
– Post listing flyers, photos, and property details in local Facebook groups and on my business/personal Facebook pages — each active listing should be promoted at least once per week
– Keep content visually appealing, fresh, and on-brand
✉️ Mail-Outs & Farming
– Pull FSBO and Expired leads (I’ll give you approval criteria)
– Write and prep handwritten-style letters to mail
– Design, organize, and track postcards for farming neighborhoods
– Handle print orders and prepare items for mailing or local drop-off
📈 Client Marketing & Listing Support
– Maintain a marketing checklist for each property
– Track what’s been posted, mailed, or promoted
– Send biweekly email updates to sellers (showings, views, local comps, feedback)
🎉 Client Relationship Support
– Track birthdays and home anniversaries for clients
– Prepare and organize personalized cards to send each month
The Details:
– Hours: 10–15 hours per week
– Schedule: Flexible, but availability Monday–Friday preferred
– Location: U.S.-based only
– Compensation: $18–$20/hour (1099 contractor)
– Tools: Canva, Trello, Google Drive, Loom, Follow Up Boss (training provided)
