Overview

Elegment Land is a relationship-driven land investment firm specializing in affordable property to our buyers. We are seeking a consultative Pennsylvania Land Acquisition Lead for a 1099 role to join our growth-oriented development team.

  • This role is an excellent fit for professionals with a background in education, coaching, or mentorship who possess strong communication skills and are looking for a flexible, performance-based career in real estate.
  • This is role is for remote work Pennsylvania residents that know the local Northeast culture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Consultative Conversation: Qualify leads using EMOTA criteria and uncover seller motivation through tactical empathy.
  • Due Diligence: Analyze zoning/buildability, and verify legal access/utilities.
  • Data-Driven Offers: Negotiating price and terms within approved ranges.
  • Pipeline Management: Maintain clean records in Airtable/DialPad and manage leads through the intake funnel.

Requirements & Skills

  • No real estate license required.
  • Strong understanding of comparable sales and due diligence risk factors.
  • Tech-savvy with CRM systems, GIS mapping, spreadsheets.
  • Independent, self-driven mentality: “If it’s meant to be, it’s up to me”.
  • Midwest regional familiarity preferred.

Compensation & Culture

  • $18/hr base wage with no limit on hours.
  • 1% commission on the purchase price of closed deals.
  • 1099 Contractor position with remote flexibility.
  • A clear growth path as deal volume increases.
