Position Overview
Leadership strategist, author, and advisor to organizations across financial services, employee benefits, and executive development, is seeking a highly capable Part-Time Administrative & Financial Services Support Specialist. This role is designed for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced, purpose-driven environment and understands the operational rigor required in regulated financial and insurance settings.
This position is fully remote and part-time, with flexibility in scheduling. The role offers meaningful responsibility, a collaborative working relationship, and the potential to grow into a full-time position as the business continues to expand.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will provide administrative and operational support across multiple business lines, with a strong emphasis on financial services administration. Responsibilities include:
Managing licensing and compliance documentation related to insurance and financial services, including tracking renewals, appointments, and required filings
Assisting with employee benefits administration, including insurance quotes, carrier communications, plan comparisons, and proposal preparation
Coordinating administrative workflows related to consulting engagements, client onboarding, and internal projects
Supporting presentation development, including PowerPoint and PDF design for executive-level audiences, boards, and corporate clients
Organizing documents, maintaining secure digital records, and ensuring accuracy across client and compliance materials
Providing general administrative support, calendar coordination, and project follow-up as needed
Required Experience & Qualifications
This role requires prior experience in financial services or insurance administration. Ideal candidates will demonstrate:
Working knowledge of insurance licensing, compliance processes, and regulatory documentation
Experience preparing or supporting employee benefits quotes and proposals
Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and PDF presentation tools
Ability to work independently from a home office while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism
Clear written and verbal communication skills
Experience supporting advisors, consultants, brokerages, or financial services firms is strongly preferred.
