Overview

The Role:
We’re looking for someone to keep an eye on our Facebook Marketplace accounts and help us stay on top of inquiries. You’ll be the first friendly voice people hear when they’re interested in one of our properties, and your role is to answer questions, nurture the conversation, and pass the lead along to us. Think of it as being the bridge between curious buyers and landowners who can make their dream a reality.

What You’ll Do:
Monitor Facebook Marketplace accounts 3 times daily
Respond promptly and professionally to messages on property posts
Answer basic questions (we’ll give you guidance + FAQs)
Nurture leads to the point of handoff (once you have got an email address or phone number) no hard selling—just being helpful and genuine.
Enter lead information into Air-table
Communicate with us through Slack about leads and conversations
Earn incentives for any leads you help convert into sales

All going well we can expand the role as time goes on!

What We’re Looking For: Strong written communication skills (clear, friendly, trustworthy tone) Reliable and proactive—you’ll keep tabs on messages without needing reminders Comfortable using Facebook Marketplace and Slack Previous customer service, sales support, or online communication experience a plus
