ABOUT THE ROLE
I’m building a multi-company ecosystem in the water, technology, impact, and media space. My work blends entrepreneurship, innovation, public speaking, leadership, and family life. I need a high-capacity operator who can support me across business operations and personal logistics in a seamless, integrated way.
This is NOT an entry-level assistant role.
This is for someone who thrives managing:
• complex calendars
• multi-entity operations
• personal and family logistics
• communication flows
• client coordination
• strategic execution
You will work directly with me as my right hand — the person who keeps the gears turning so I can focus on building, speaking, strategy, and leadership.
If you’re organized, emotionally steady, proactive, detail-obsessed, and energized by supporting a high-performing founder, you’ll thrive here.

WHO YOU ARE
• You’re a natural operator — order comes easily to you.
• You love supporting a leader whose life is fast, dynamic, and complex.
• You’re emotionally grounded and not easily rattled.
• You anticipate needs before they’re spoken.
• You’re loyal, dependable, and protective of the person you support.
• You thrive when you’re given autonomy.
• You can switch between personal and business tasks without ego.
• You take pride in being the “right-hand problem solver.”
• You don’t wait for instructions — you take initiative.
• You communicate clearly and respectfully.
• You love being part of something mission-driven and evolving.
• You are comfortable with ambiguity and can create structure where none exists.
If you need lots of direction, rigid structure, hand-holding, or a slow pace, this is not the role for you.

WHAT YOU’LL OWN
Business Operations
• Manage my calendar and communications
• Coordinate with clients, attorneys, subcontractors, and vendors
• Handle scheduling, follow-ups, and operational workflow
• Keep projects, tasks, and deadlines organized
• Build and maintain internal systems for smooth execution
• Prepare summaries, documents, and light research
• Support speaking engagements, content creation, and brand tasks
Personal Life Operations
• Coordinate kids’ schedules, pickups, and household logistics
• Book travel, appointments, reservations, and errands
• Manage Amazon orders, grocery needs, etc.
• Light family coordination (communication with my husband as needed)
• Help maintain a smooth daily rhythm and reduce mental load
Founder Support
• Anticipate needs
• Create order out of chaos
• Filter information and protect my time
• Serve as my stabilizer and organizational backbone
You must be comfortable toggling between “Call my attorney about this contract” and “Order dinner and confirm school schedules.”
That’s the nature of the role.

REQUIREMENTS
• Minimum 3–5 years supporting executives, founders, or entrepreneurs
• Experience in operations, project management, EA work, or Chief of Staff work
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• High emotional intelligence and extremely steady temperament
• Ability to multitask across personal and professional domains
• High integrity, discretion, and confidentiality
• Tech-comfortable (Microsoft 365, Teams, Excel, docs, messaging platforms)
• Lives within the U.S. (California preferred but not required)
• Valid driver’s license & clean record (if local)
________________________________________
COMPENSATION & STRUCTURE
• Part-time: 15–25 hours/week to start
• Hourly: $35–$45/hr depending on experience
• Strong potential to grow into full-time as new companies scale
• Hybrid remote + occasional in-person (if local)
• Long-term role with room for advancement in a growing ecosystem
This role will expand significantly as the business expands.
For the right person, this becomes a foundational position in a multi-company empire.

“This is exactly the role I was built for.”
You want to support a visionary, not be one.
You want responsibility, not chaos.
You want a close, trusted working relationship where your work genuinely matters.
You want to grow with someone who is building something big.
If that resonates, you’re probably the person I’m looking for.
