Executive Integrator & Recruiting Operations -Prefer IA, MO, MN Location

  • Part-Time
  • Remote
  • Ends on September 3, 2025

Overview

I’m a high-performing entrepreneur and executive recruiter known for moving fast, thinking big, and delivering results. My business blends strategy, relationships, and bold execution—centered around helping clients hire exceptional talent and drive growth. I thrive in motion but need a trusted partner who can bring structure to my energy, organize ideas into action, and keep projects (and me) on track.

I’m not looking for an assistant. I’m seeking a proactive, systems-savvy integrator—someone who thinks critically, sees work without being told, and thrives in a flexible, high-impact environment. You’ll help manage systems, drive execution, bring clarity to chaos, and turn my vision into results.

Location: Kansas City Metro, Iowa, (Remote)
Must be able to meet in person twice a month for 2-3 hours at a mutually agreed-upon local location (non-negotiable).
Hours: Available 10–25 hours per week, with a minimum of a few hours per day across 4+ days per week. Hours may vary, with peak and lighter periods.

This is fractional operations: owning structure, driving efficiency, and leading implementation with curiosity and initiative.
