Executive Assistant

Overview

I own a small marketing agency and I need a part-time assistant. Since we are a marketing agency so applicant must be comfortable with or willing to learn marketing and technology nomenclature. Correspondence may be through email or phone calls. This is not a 9-5 job. If there are time blocks that need to be blacked out to pick kids up from school or take to practice, that’s fine. I’m a single dad myself so I completely understand the struggle. The goal is to get the days work done at any time before midnight.

Responsibilities:
• Going through my emails from clients and creating a list of actionable tasks
• Adding tasks in our project management software
• Interacting with our contractors and following up with them on tasks
• Using AI for some tasks
• Potentially some content creation

About Us:
• In business for 15 years
• Offers services like: Web development, social media, SEO, and ad campaigns
• We do pro-bono work for non-profits

Qualifications

• Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities • Proficiency with productivity software (Google Workspace, Microsoft Office Suite, project management tools such as Asana, Trello, or Monday.com) • Tech-savvy with a comfort in fast-changing digital environments • Knowledge of or experience in marketing/agency settings is a plus • Ability to work independently while maintaining high attention to detail
