Status: Part-Time → Full-Time | Top-Dollar + Benefits
You move fast. So should your boss.
We’re looking for an elite Executive Assistant who thrives in high-velocity environments — the kind who’s supported founders, attorneys, or dealmakers and loved it.
Your principal is a top-tier Public Insurance Adjuster handling major property claims across the country. It’s fast, technical, and high-stakes. You’ll keep it all running — calendars, clients, claims, and chaos — with precision and poise.
You won’t be “supporting.” You’ll be commanding the cockpit.
Your Role
Own the calendar, communications, and commitments — flawlessly
Anticipate needs three steps ahead
Protect time, filter noise, and maintain momentum
Coordinate complex claims, contractors, and clients with zero drama
Handle confidential information like a pro — because you are one
You Are
Confident, articulate, and emotionally intelligent
Experienced in supporting a Type-A founder, attorney, or executive
Calm under fire — and thrive when others panic
A systems thinker who brings order to intensity
Discreet, loyal, and fast
The Offer
Part-time to start (≈20–25 hrs/week)
Full-time trajectory with top-of-market pay + benefits + performance incentives
Hybrid schedule (mostly virtual, with in-person meetings in Sacramento)
Work directly with a decisive, high-integrity leader who values excellence
If you want predictable, this isn’t it.
If you want to play in the big leagues — this is your shot.
Send a brief note (not a form letter) that shows me you can think, write, and execute like an operator.
Attach your résumé. Impress me with clarity, not fluff.
