Overview
We’re looking for a driven, detail-oriented Digital Advertising Success Manager to own client relationships, deliver measurable results, and grow accounts. You’ll balance strategic thinking with day-to-day execution, guiding clients toward success while ensuring campaigns perform at their highest potential.
The Opportunity
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a performance-driven environment but values the flexibility to work from home. You’ll manage up to 40 clients, conduct weekly calls, and be accountable for retention, upsells, and campaign ROI.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Strategy & Partnership – Understand client objectives, create or coordinate strategic recommendations, and position yourself as a trusted partner.
- Performance Oversight – Monitor campaigns weekly (or daily when needed), proactively communicate trends, and present improvement plans.
- Client Calls & Reporting – Lead 10–20 calls per week, prepare 30–120 minutes in advance, and follow up with clear, actionable notes.
- Retention & Growth – Maintain 100% assigned revenue retention by offsetting churn through upsells.
- Data-Driven Insights – Provide clear, meaningful analysis of campaign results, market perception, audience engagement, and competitor activity.
- Team Collaboration – Coordinate with the internal team to adjust campaigns, review work, and ensure quality delivery.
- Efficiency – Use AI tools and internal systems to streamline tasks and increase output.
