The Design Assistant role requires strong Canva skills, excellent organization, creativity, and a sharp eye for detail. We’re looking for someone who is hard-working, reliable, efficient, and thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. In this role, you’ll support our team by creating and refreshing Meta ad graphics, designing landing pages using pre-built templates, and preparing visual content aligned with brand guidelines. You’ll be expected to execute tasks with accuracy, consistency, and creative care, while maintaining a strong grasp of structure and visual presentation. This part-time role requires 10-20 hours per week with availability during our business hours (8:30 AM–5:00 PM ET) to ensure smooth team communication and timely task completion. Ideally, we’re looking for someone who can work in a consistent block of 3–4 hours per day, rather than splitting hours between morning and afternoon.
