Customer Service Representative & Administrative Assistant
Overview
A natural DIY lawn care subscription company, is seeking a customer service representative and administrative assistant. This is a part-time, seasonal role (Feb 1 – Oct 31 yearly) with opportunity for additional hours and growth as we grow. We are currently looking for four hours a day, five days a week (M-F) – hours must be between 12 pm and 6 pm ET and the rep will be monitoring customer service channels (online chat, phone and email) during those hours.
We are seeking an organized, customer-facing representative to:
– Monitor our online chat, email and phone inquiries and provide customer-facing service and answers to questions or escalate more detailed questions to the team as needed.
– Return phone calls, emails and chats from earlier in the day as needed.
– Provide a summary of customer service inquiries and any required follow up by the team at the end of each shift.
The candidate may also be asked to provide administrative support during their shift, such as organizing files in Google Drive or updating spreadsheets.
