We are reinventing how in-kind goods are purchased and collected for those in need. Nonprofits and their supporters maximize the value of their dollar and time – through streamlined collection logistics and affordable, quality goods offered by our network of handpicked vendors.
We are looking to hire a part-time, remote Customer Engagement Manager to help grow our business. The primary responsibilities are to identify nonprofit or corporate prospects, cultivate relationships with these prospects, close deals, and grow these relationships over time. This position has the potential to expand as our company grows.
Responsibilities:
• Identify promising nonprofit and corporate prospects
• Qualify and prioritize prospects
• Update contacts, accounts, and progress in CRM system
• Close new sales (for any of our services – direct purchasing, online collection drives, and adopt-a-family platform)
• Manage customer relationships to maximize recurring business and upsell additional services
