Client Success Coordinator
Overview
The role:
- Be the main point of contact for anyone purchasing or participating in our offerings
- Continually work to impress and delight, going above and beyond for each of our clients
- Have a deep understanding of what we offer, the resources that are in each product, what success looks like for participants
- Facilitate an onboarding process for each new client that creates a sense of connection to the product/our team, and provides a clear path for participation
- Coordinate coaching circle assignments and logistics
- Provide support and accountability for coaching circle participation
- Personally communicate regularly with each clients about how the Coach PD Project is meeting their needs and how they can benefit from using all of the resources
- Prior to membership expiration, personally communicate with clients about renewal and options for ongoing membership
- Provide support to facilitator(s) and participants during live trainings, webinars, etc.
Listen to client questions and needs and coordinate with the team to meet those needs - Manage entries and automations within our CRM
- Coordinate the sending of gift boxes and other little extras
- Provide smooth and speedy technical support
Collect and share data about participation in and results of our offerings
Send and track invoices and other financial correspondence - Communicate regularly with master coaches and our operational team to ensure that everyone has the information they need and our clients have a smooth experience
