Client Success Coordinator

Overview

The role:

  • Be the main point of contact for anyone purchasing or participating in our offerings
  • Continually work to impress and delight, going above and beyond for each of our clients
  • Have a deep understanding of what we offer, the resources that are in each product, what success looks like for participants
  • Facilitate an onboarding process for each new client that creates a sense of connection to the product/our team, and provides a clear path for participation
  • Coordinate coaching circle assignments and logistics
  • Provide support and accountability for coaching circle participation
  • Personally communicate regularly with each clients about how the Coach PD Project is meeting their needs and how they can benefit from using all of the resources
  • Prior to membership expiration, personally communicate with clients about renewal and options for ongoing membership
  • Provide support to facilitator(s) and participants during live trainings, webinars, etc.
    Listen to client questions and needs and coordinate with the team to meet those needs
  • Manage entries and automations within our CRM
  • Coordinate the sending of gift boxes and other little extras
  • Provide smooth and speedy technical support
    Collect and share data about participation in and results of our offerings
    Send and track invoices and other financial correspondence
  • Communicate regularly with master coaches and our operational team to ensure that everyone has the information they need and our clients have a smooth experience
