Client Service Specialist

We are a small, client-focused financial advisory firm seeking a detail-oriented and dependable part-time Client Service Specialist to support our growing practice. This remote position offers flexible hours and the opportunity to play a key role in delivering a smooth and organized client experience. Key responsibilities include:
• Manage calendars and coordinate scheduling for client appointments.
• Prepare meeting materials and ensure documentation is accurate ahead of client interactions.
• Maintain and update client information and records within our CRM system.
• Support in the onboarding process for new clients.
• Organize and maintain digital client files.
• Communicate with clients via phone and email to gather outstanding documents, signatures, and additional information.
