About the Role
We’re seeking a personable, organized, and thoughtful Client Service & Marketing Associate to support the day-to-day client service operations of the firm and contribute to key marketing efforts. You’ll work directly with the firm’s founder, Greg Corneille, CFP®, ChSNC®, and play an essential role in helping deliver an exceptional client experience.
This part-time role offers flexibility, meaningful work, and the chance to grow with a firm that puts people first.
Please note that this is a hybrid role – mostly remote; but will require some tasks in the Altanta, GA metro area.
What You’ll Do
- Assist with client onboarding, account opening & account servicing
- Support meeting prep by updating financial planning software as needed
- Assist with firm marketing efforts, to include social media management, email marketing, and participating at vendor tables during events the firm sponsors
- Maintain and manage tasks and workflows in our CRM
- Demonstrate professional, ethical and courteous conduct in responsibilities and dealings with clients, prospects, colleagues and others with which we interact.
What We’re Looking For
- Prior experience in financial client service, administrative support, or office management
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organization, attention to detail, and follow-through
- High emotional intelligence and empathy, especially in sensitive client situations
- Self-motivated with strong integrity and a collaborative spirit
- Access to a computer with video capability and a reliable internet connection
- Located in the Atlanta metropolitan area
Bonus Points For:
- Experience with financial services software & tools, such as Schwab Advisor Center, financial planning software, & CRMs
- Securities or insurance licenses (Series 6, 65, etc.)
- Passion for and/or connection to the special needs and disability community
- Bachelor’s degree
Compensation & Perks
- $25–$35/hour, based on experience
- Flexible hours (15–25 per week), with the potential to grow into a full-time position
- PTO + 10 paid holidays
