Client Intake Specialist (Part-Time / Remote)

We are a digital marketing agency that helps home service contractors—plumbers, HVAC, and electrical companies—grow through high-performing local SEO, Google Maps optimization, and PPC strategies. We’re growing fast and looking for a personable, detail-oriented Client Intake Specialist to join our team.
Position Overview:
As our Client Intake Specialist, you’ll be the first point of contact for new clients after they sign up. You’ll guide them through our onboarding process, collect access to essential marketing assets, and ensure a smooth handoff to our fulfillment team. This is a part-time, remote position (~10 hours/week), ideal for someone with a flexible schedule who is comfortable troubleshooting basic digital access issues.
Key Responsibilities:
– Host friendly, professional onboarding calls with new clients
– Collect and verify access to digital assets such as:
– Website CMS, hosting, and registrar accounts
– Google Business Profile
– Google Ads, Analytics, and Search Console
– Social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc.)
– CRM or scheduling software (e.g., ServiceTitan, HouseCall Pro)
– Guide clients through the intake form (services offered, key service areas, etc.)
– Troubleshoot access issues and walk clients through basic login and permissions steps
– Track outstanding items and follow up with clients to complete the onboarding
– Coordinate with internal team to ensure a clean handoff once access is secured

– Tech-comfortable—not a developer, but someone who can navigate logins, permissions, and troubleshooting with confidence
– Strong communicator—able to clearly explain next steps to clients and update the internal team
– Responsive and flexible with scheduling (calls may be booked with short notice)
– Prior experience in a digital marketing agency or SaaS onboarding is a big plus
– Familiarity with Google platforms (GMB, Ads, Analytics, Search Console) is strongly preferred
Compensation & Hours:
Part-time, contract position (5–10 hours/week to start)
Fully remote
Flexible schedule, but must be available to take scheduled client calls
Pay is hourly and based on experience
