About the Role

We are seeking an outgoing, organized, and client-focused individual to join our team as a Client Connections Coordinator. In this role, you will be the first voice that many of our prospective clients hear. Your primary responsibility is to ensure every person who contacts us feels welcomed, supported, and guided through the first steps of working with our firm.

This is an entry-level, sales-oriented role that is ideal for someone who loves talking with people, thrives in customer service, and enjoys making genuine connections over the phone.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for incoming calls, ensuring a warm and professional client experience.
Conduct “good fit” calls to determine whether potential clients are a match for our services.
Answer questions and schedule initial attorney meetings for qualified clients.
Proactively follow up with event attendees and potential clients.
Confirm client readiness for scheduled appointments.
Maintain accurate call notes, scheduling, and follow-up tasks.

Qualifications
