Client Care and Admin Coordinator (Part-Time, Remote)
Overview
I run a boutique sales tax consulting firm and am seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Client Care & Admin Coordinator to support the day-to-day administrative and client service tasks of my business. This is a remote, part-time position requiring approximately 3–5 hours per week. The right person will help ensure nothing slips through the cracks — from managing incoming emails to keeping client deliverables and payment follow-ups on track.
This is a long-term role for someone who values flexibility, communicates professionally, and takes pride in keeping things organized and moving forward.
Responsibilities:
– Monitor and organize business email (Gmail)
– Flag priority messages and draft replies as needed
– Track due dates for client deliverables and send timely reminders
– Follow up with clients on overdue invoices (primarily via email using QuickBooks Online)
– Maintain simple checklists or project trackers for open tasks (Asana)
