Role Overview:
As our Business Development Representative (BDR), you will be the front line of our sales and outreach strategy — identifying, engaging, and qualifying financial advisors and firms who would benefit from working with us. You’ll be key to expanding our market presence, booking, and leading discovery calls, and helping advisors see the value of using our assessments to grow their business.

What You’ll Do:
• Conduct outbound prospecting to identify financial advisors and firms that fit our ideal customer profile
• Reach out via phone, email, LinkedIn, and social to initiate conversations and book qualified sales calls
• Clearly communicate the value proposition of our assessments and how they help advisors build trust and attract new clients
• Collaborate with the marketing and leadership team to optimize messaging, lead generation campaigns, and outreach strategies
• Track and manage prospects in the CRM, keeping detailed notes and follow-up schedules Stay current on industry trends, advisor pain points, to build relevant, trusted conversations
• Coaching clients on best practices for implementing The Passport Package™  (Patent Pending) in their practice

You’re a Fit If You:
• Have 3-5 years of sales, business development, or marketing experience (bonus if in financial services)
• Are confident initiating conversations and asking smart questions to uncover needs
• Understand the financial advisory world, or are eager to learn about it
• Thrive in a goal-driven, high-energy environment and enjoy hitting KPIs
• Are highly organized, proactive, resilient, and team collaborator
• Communicate clearly and professionally — both written and verbal
• Are passionate about helping advisors grow their business and serve their clients better

Bonus Points For:
• Familiarity with CRM platforms like Monday or Salesforce
• Experience selling to solo advisors, RIAs, or broker-dealer reps
• Background in coaching, behavioral finance, or assessments
