TeachingEntrepreneurship.org is a leading curriculum publisher helping college professors teach modern skills to their students throughout the United States and Canada.

We’re looking for a detail-oriented person to help with accounts receivable and QuickBooks Online (QBO). The role includes processing orders with college bookstores, sending invoices, tracking payments, reconciling monthly revenue and expenses, and monitoring the accuracy of transactions in QBO.

Qualifications

Experience with QuickBooks Online. Comfortable handling accounts receivable tasks (invoicing, tracking payments, reconciling). Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Good communication skills for working with college bookstores. Able to manage higher volumes of work before and during the start of academic semesters.
