💼 What You’ll Be Doing:
This isn’t a cookie-cutter sales job. You’ll own your pipeline, work warm leads, and build trust with buyers who may never have considered land investing before.
🌟 Take warm leads from our marketing team and turn them into happy landowners
📱 Create your own lead flow too — yes, even posting on your own Facebook Marketplace account
📞 Connect with curious (and sometimes skeptical) buyers, build rapport, and walk them through how this works
🗺️ Guide buyers using Google Maps and simple tools to explore properties
📆 Manage a long-tail sales cycle with strategic follow-ups that actually convert
🧠 Think like a business owner: balancing fast wins with long-term compounding income
🧘 Work flexibly — squeeze in messages between school drop-offs, calls after dinner, or a check-in before your morning run
🎯 You Might Be Our Person If You:
Have 3+ years of sales experience (real estate a bonus, but not required)
Are hungry for growth and love chasing your own numbers
Build trust like it’s second nature — even over a 10-minute phone call
Are self-starting, organized, and low-key allergic to being micromanaged
