We’re looking for an Assistant Business Development Consultant who wants to learn, grow, and eventually step into a full Consultant role. You’ll support our Business Development team as they help Kids Activity Centers (gymnastics, dance, swim, ninja, etc.) and E-commerce brands grow and thrive through modern marketing strategies.
This is our entry-level, learn-the-ropes role.
Within 3–5 months, high-performing candidates move up into our full Business Development Consultant position with salary + bonuses. 🚀
🧡 What You’ll Do
Support our Business Development team with daily tasks, client communication prep, and follow-ups
Learn our systems, processes, and client service frameworks
Help organize client information, calls, and project updates
Assist with onboarding steps and client workflow coordination
Research clients and industries to help the BD team prepare effectively
Be a warm, steady, positive presence for both internal team members and clients
Join team training, skill-building sessions, and development check-ins
Follow proven processes to help clients feel supported, heard, and excited
