💬 THE GIG
As our Land Deal Whisperer, you’ll be the friendly, savvy voice sellers hear first after they receive one of our direct mailers. You’ll connect via phone, text, and email with people who are curious about selling their land — and turn that curiosity into signed purchase agreements.
You’ll be:
- Responding to inbound leads (no cold calls!)
- Asking the right questions to qualify sellers
- Building quick rapport and trust
- Negotiating win-win pricing (we’ll teach you how!)
- Sending and managing contracts
- Handing off to our due diligence & closing team like a pro
