Our programs are purpose-driven programs that help everyday people and small-business owners move from survival to stability — financially, mentally, and spiritually.
I’m an entrepreneur who went from homelessness to building and selling an eight-figure business. My mission now is to teach practical, faith-rooted financial principles that change lives.
We’re looking for an Integrator / Content Coordinator — someone who loves bringing order to vision, enjoys managing moving parts, and wants to help a message that matters reach the world.
Your Role
You’ll help organize, track, and move forward projects for our brands.
Your job: make sure progress happens every single day — whether that’s a podcast booking, content upload, or production task completed.
What You’ll Do
Project & Content Coordination
Organize lesson content, filming schedules, and course materials
Track deadlines in Notion / Trello / Airtable
Communicate with designers, editors, and vendors
Keep the production calendar current and accurate
Podcast & Outreach
Research and contact podcast hosts, churches, and media outlets for interviews
Draft short, professional pitch emails (templates provided)
Maintain a running outreach tracker and follow-ups
Daily Accountability
10-minute check-in each morning (Zoom, text, or voice) to confirm the “one thing” we’re moving forward
End-of-week progress summary
Light Creative Support
Help repurpose quotes, clips, or stories into social content
Coordinate simple Canva or video assets with contractors
Family & Team Integration
Occasionally coordinate small creative tasks among family team members (light communication role only)

Highly organized — loves structure and systems
Self-starter — doesn’t wait to be told twice
Excellent communicator — clear, warm, and concise
Tech-comfortable — can navigate Google Drive, Canva, or light project-management tools
Heart-aligned — believes in purpose-based work and biblical principles about money and stewardship
Flexible — understands that life and entrepreneurship both require grace and adaptability
Bonus Skills (Not Required)
Experience with podcast booking or influencer outreach
Familiarity with Kajabi or course platforms
Light copywriting or Canva design skills
Comfortable praying with or encouraging faith-based audiences
Schedule & Pay
Most communication via In person, Zoom, text, or email
Option to grow into a full-time Brand or Operations Director role as the programs scale
