Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and adaptable Transactional Paralegal with proven experience in real estate, probate, estate planning, municipal, and corporate law. This role involves supporting attorneys on a diverse range of transactional matters, including entity formation, contract review, estate planning documentation, and probate administration.

This is a fast-paced, high-demand environment where the ideal candidate must be readily available during normal business hours, able to prioritize shifting responsibilities, and work with urgency and accuracy under tight timelines.

You will report directly to a principled and intuitive attorney who thrives on high-quality judgment, values supportive collaboration, and expects proactive engagement. As such, the successful candidate will need to be both responsive and independent, balancing sharp analytical skills with a service-oriented mindset. Strong attention to detail, excellent client communication, and the ability to anticipate needs will be key to success in this role.

Qualifications

Minimum 3–5 years of paralegal experience with demonstrated experience in real estate, probate, estate planning, and corporate transactional work.Skills & Competencies: •Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills. •Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, G-Suite, and legal practice management software (e.g., Clio, PracticePanther, or similar). •Ability to manage multiple complex projects independently and meet deadlines. •Strong written and verbal communication skills. •Familiarity with local court rules and filing procedures for probate cases.Job Preferences- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree or Paralegal Certificate from an ABA-approved program Equipment Provided- Laptop, docking station with screens, and a cellphone. Also included is the full suite of practice software (Google for Business, Outlook, Clio, etc.)
