Senior Bookkeeper / Quality Control Manager

  • Full-Time
  • Remote
  • Ends on December 21, 2025

Overview

We’re looking for a detail-loving, tech-comfortable, and organized professional who brings great energy to their work. If you like being part of a supportive, fun team, enjoy working with amazing clients, and want to be in an inclusive environment with LGBTQ+ friendly leadership, we think you’ll feel right at home with us.

About the Role:
We’re hiring a Senior Bookkeeper / Quality Control Manager to help us keep our financial work top-notch. In this role, you’ll review bookkeeping work, catch and fix any discrepancies, and guide our team on best practices. You’ll also get to help shape our processes by creating SOPs, training materials, and mentoring team members.

Think of this role as part coach, part problem-solver, and part detail-checker. It’s perfect if you’re someone who’s precise, proactive, and enjoys helping others grow while still rolling up your sleeves and doing the work yourself.
To best support collaboration and team coverage, candidates must reside in either the Pacific or Mountain time zones.

Who We Are:
Colorado natives who now call the Pacific Northwest home. We specialize in bookkeeping and advisory services for the construction industry.

We’re animal lovers (dogs, cats, chickens, even a turtle 🐢) and big believers in work-life balance. Our remote team is collaborative, approachable, and dedicated to making bookkeeping feel a little less overwhelming for our clients. We mix professionalism with personality and always look for ways to improve processes while keeping things human.

If you’re looking for a place where your expertise is valued, your ideas are welcome, and you can be yourself—we think you’ll enjoy working with us.
