ROLE SUMMARY

We’re seeking a Senior Account Manager with deep experience in client-facing roles, strong paid media acumen, and excellent communication skills. This is not a tactical platform operator role-but you must be fluent in digital marketing strategy and confident leading strategic conversations with marketing leaders across diverse industries. As a Sr. Account Manager, you’ll manage a portfolio of high-spend, high-impact clients. You’ll lead strategic planning, ensure cross-functional collaboration, and serve as the trusted advisor to your accounts. You’ll work closely with Analysts, Creative, SEO, and Leadership to deliver seamless, value-driven experiences that retain and grow accounts.

– Strategic-minded with a strong understanding of paid media across platforms like Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and Programmatic.

– Energized by fast-paced, remote environments.

– Comfortable steering high-level client conversations, providing strategic insights, and pushing back when needed to advocate for the best outcomes.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Strategic Client Leadership

– Serve as the primary contact for a portfolio of clients, managing strategic planning and daily needs.

– Drive account health and surface new opportunities aligned with client goals.

– Collaborate with Analysts and Creatives to deliver strategic roadmaps and campaign execution.

Communication & Relationship Management

– Build trust through clear, timely, and proactive communication.

– Lead recurring calls, set agendas, and track action items using Slack, Asana, and email.

– Maintain alignment and momentum across client and internal teams.

Marketing Strategy & Performance Analysis

– Guide multi-channel marketing strategy and translate data into business insights.

– Lead reporting and planning meetings with confidence, using tools like TapClicks and GA4.

– Recommend optimizations and ensure strategic alignment with client KPIs.

Account Growth & Retention

– Identify upsell and expansion opportunities through client needs and performance insights.

– Flag churn risks early and collaborate with internal teams on retention strategies.

Project & Execution Oversight

– Coordinate resources and project timelines using Asana.

– QA deliverables and ensure alignment with client expectations and Searchlogic standards.

Team Collaboration & Process Improvement

– Partner cross-functionally to maintain high standards and client experience.

– Support process improvements, onboarding, and mentorship within the Client Experience team.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

– 4-6+ years in client-facing roles at a digital marketing agency.

– Strong grasp of paid media strategy and multi-channel campaign management.

– Fluent in tools like Asana, Slack, TapClicks, GA4.

– Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

– Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities with grace.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

– Experience with enterprise-level clients or large-scale portfolios.

– Familiarity with HubSpot or other CRM platforms.

– Experience improving internal workflows and contributing to client lifecycle planning.

– Comfortable presenting to executive stakeholders (e.g., CMOs, VPs of Marketing).
