Are you a driven, self-motivated sales professional looking to break into the fast-paced world of real estate investing? We’re a fast-growing distressed asset acquisition firm that specializes in helping property owners solve complex problems — from tax liens to title issues to foreclosure situations. We’re seeking a sharp, resilient, and hungry Sales Representative to join our team and grow with us.
About the Role:
As a Sales Representative, you’ll be on the frontlines of our business, making connections with motivated property owners, evaluating distressed real estate opportunities, and structuring deals that add value to both the seller and our portfolio.
What You’ll Do:
Make outbound calls to property owners in distress (leads provided)
Build rapport and uncover pain points with sellers
Qualify leads, create deals, and close on leads for us to acquire
Track interactions and update lead statuses in our CRM
Collaborate with a small, motivated team focused on growth
Compensation Structure:
Months 1–4: Guaranteed base salary of $2,000–$3,000/month depending on experience
Month 5 onward: Switch to 10% uncapped commission on all net HUD-to-HUD profits — high six-figure potential for top performers
What We’re Looking For:
Proven sales experience (real estate or phone sales is a plus)
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Comfortable handling rejection and pushing forward
Strong work ethic and self-accountability
Ability to work independently and hit performance goals
Familiarity with distressed property acquisitions is a bonus, but not required
