What You’ll Do
• Engage with Warm Leads: Respond to and follow up with landowners who have already expressed interest, ensuring all communications are timely and proactive.
• Negotiation and Closing: Build strong relationships, negotiate terms that create a win-win situation, and effectively close deals to expand our acquisition portfolio.
• Lead Management: Actively reach out to new and existing leads, striving to convert initial interest into actionable deals.
• Documentation and Monitoring: Maintain accurate and detailed records of all sales activities and interactions in our CRM to ensure transparency and facilitate smooth transactions.
What We’re Looking For
• Experienced & Proven: At least 2 years of experience in real estate acquisitions or a related sales role, with a track record of results.
• Skilled Communicator: Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills — able to connect with sellers and move conversations forward.
• Detail-Oriented: Sharp eye for contracts, terms, and numbers — you catch what others miss.
• Driven & Reliable: You bring energy, follow-through, and a determination to win.
• Empathetic Closer: You don’t just sell — you listen, understand, and guide sellers toward the best decision.
We offer training, tools, and team support to help you succeed.
Compensation & Structure:
• Monthly Base pay plus Profit Sharing commission on each deal closed.
• A 60-day trial period with the potential for long-term growth, increased responsibilities, and higher earnings.
