🔍 Overview
We are seeking skilled Editors to join our remote team. Editors ensure our clients receive polished, accurate, and high-quality mystery shopping reports. You’ll be responsible for reviewing submissions from independent evaluators and preparing them for client delivery.

✨ Key Responsibilities
Review and validate evaluator submissions for accuracy and clarity

Score reports based on company and client standards

Edit and enhance narratives and written commentary

Ensure consistent quality and formatting across all deliverables

Communicate with team members via email (occasional phone communication required)

Meet deadlines with exceptional attention to detail

✅ Qualifications
Proven writing and editing experience

Strong grammar, spelling, and narrative composition skills

Excellent communication and remote collaboration abilities

Quick learner—comfortable with remote training tools

Background or interest in hospitality, restaurants, or travel is a plus

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)

Strong time management with the ability to meet tight deadlines

Pay is commensurate with experience
