About Us:

We are a digital performance agency serving Christian nonprofits, ministries, and mission-driven organizations. Our work is centered around one core mission: to glorify God by helping great organizations grow through results-driven digital advertising. We combine industry-leading strategy with a high-integrity, service-oriented approach.

We’ve been recognized by Inc. Magazine as one of the fastest-growing Christian marketing agencies in the world—earning a spot on the Inc. 5000 list for three consecutive years.

We are seeking a proven leader to oversee the performance of all digital advertising campaigns. This role is both strategic and hands-on, and is best suited for someone who thrives in data, optimizations, and people management. If you are passionate about performance, leadership, and meaningful work that impacts lives—this is an opportunity to do all three.

Role Overview:
The Digital Advertising Performance Director is responsible for leading our paid media team and ensuring campaign excellence across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and other programmatic platforms. You will manage and mentor a remote team of PPC specialists while serving as the strategic lead for campaign execution, optimization, and innovation. Key Responsibilities:

– Team Leadership: Manage and develop a team of PPC specialists to deliver high-performing campaigns. Conduct regular performance reviews, provide coaching, and drive accountability.

– Strategy & Execution: Own the strategy for Google and Meta ad campaigns across a portfolio of nonprofit and ministry clients. Align campaigns to client goals, identify growth opportunities, and translate data into clear action.

– Optimization: Oversee campaign structure, keyword strategy, audience targeting, bidding, creative rotation, and real-time performance improvements.

– Performance Management: Track and report on KPIs such as CTR, ROAS, CPA, CPL, and conversion rates. Present performance insights and next-step recommendations to internal stakeholders and occasionally clients.

– Budget Management: Ensure efficient allocation of client budgets across platforms. Prevent overspend while maximizing results.

– Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with Account Managers, Creative, and Content teams to align on strategy and execution.

– Innovation: Introduce and test new tools, targeting methods, and campaign types to stay ahead of platform changes and industry trends.

– Client Outcomes: Partner with Account Managers to ensure client satisfaction, retention, and campaign success. Support strategic conversations with clients when needed.

Key Performance Indicators:
– Client KPIs consistently met or exceeded (CTR, ROAS, CPA, CPL, etc.)

– High client retention rate and renewal rate

– Ad budget efficiency with minimal overspend

– Implementation of at least one new optimization or strategy per quarter

– Team member performance and development metrics

What We Offer:

– A values-driven, fully remote culture

– Competitive compensation

– Meaningful work with purpose-driven clients

– Opportunity to shape the performance function of a fast-growing agency
