As a Client Success Manager, you are responsible for managing the project and tasks with named clients. The bottom line function for this position is to retain our customers and ensure the tasks of our clients are being fulfilled.
Job Skills & Responsibilities:
The candidate must be flexible and be able to multitask across a variety of job duties, including:
Retention of client accounts through review of campaign set up, active campaign management and execution of consistent customer service
Management and analysis of internet marketing campaigns to satisfy client expectations for various performance metrics
Rapport building and the fostering of relationships with clients through timely follow up and communication in order to increase retention of accounts
Delivery of results to clients on campaign performance and return on investment received
Qualifications:
Experience in Task management
2years working in a marketing role or agency
Bcom Marketing or equivalent qualification
Customer Service or related marketing field
Job Type: Full-time
Schedule:
Monday to Friday
Remote Role
MUST be able to work 09:00 AM-05:00 PM EST
