We specialize in helping breweries fill their taprooms, boost revenue, and build cult-like customer loyalty. We’re looking for a sharp, relationship-savvy Client Account Manager to be the glue between our clients and our creative engine.
A Bit About Us:
We help breweries to dominate their local markets by driving taproom traffic, increasing return visits, and scaling direct-to-consumer sales. Through Paid Ads, Email Marketing, and SMS, we help our clients stay top-of-mind. We’re a small, but growing team and we’re looking for fun, creative, and passionate people to join our team and help us grow.
What You’ll Be Doing:
🍺 Be the face of our business for our brewery clients—building strong, trusted, long-term relationships.
🧠 Understand each brewery’s vibe, voice, and vision so we can align our marketing with their goals.
📈 Collaborate with our creative, ads, and strategy teams to make sure campaigns run smooth and hit KPIs.
🗣 Keep clients in the loop with regular updates, honest communication, and proactive insights.
🚀 Identify ways to deepen the relationship, expand services, and create more value for both sides.
🛠 Step up when things go sideways, ensuring quick resolutions and client confidence.
🎯 Ensure deliverables are on-brand, on-time, and driving results.
💡 Spot upsell opportunities and help us grow revenue within existing brewery accounts.
What We’re Looking For:
- 3+ years in agency account management.
- Strong verbal communicator who thrives on building rapport and managing expectations.
- Strong written communication skills.
- Super organized—you’re the type who color-codes your Google Calendar.
- Quick thinker and creative problem-solver.
- Passion for helping businesses grow and a soft spot for craft beverages.
- Team player with a positive attitude and hunger to learn.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Salary & Perks:
💵 $50,000 – $60,000 base, depending on experience
🎯 Performance bonus potential (top performers can hit $70k+ within a year)
